We have a troll that attempts to keep gaining access to the forum. I wont name names but those of you that have been effected know whom I mean. He has insulted, threatened, and flamed quite a few people. This morning he left a very nasty post that was removed. He has been banned three times on three different accounts but keeps finding new IPs. If you are attacked by him please do not respond. Find the nearest mod or IM me immediatly. He will be dealt with accordingly. My sincerest apologies for this inconvenience.

Hey guys if any of your friends report that they cannot get back on because they were banned contact me IMMEDIATLY. They have not been banned. The reason they are seeing this is because I was forced to axe a bunch of IPs yesturday because of the troll. Ask them to get their IP and PM it to me, dont post it, PM or email it to me. Ill be out most of the day so Ill have to clear it up tonight. Have patience please.

Proxies aren't that fancy. They have to post their address strings to the public, just like everyone else. I see no reason not to block a proxy if known trolls are using it. (Then you have to ask yourself, is it worth the hassle to keep switching and finding new proxies.)
