(also reading: The Social Animal, and Instinct, Environment and Behaviour... but those are considerably less fun than Harry Potter!) _________________ Unclouded by conscience, remorse, or delusions of morality. |

just recently finished "Deathly Hallows" meh. it's good, my question is : WHY DIDN"T THEY USE NON-MAGICAL STUFF TOO!?!?!?!?! I'd have used a wand to summon up an AA12 automatic shotgun, and blown some godsdamned heads off, that's what I'd have done!
I'm reading the first Pendragon book again (D J Machale) good stuff. kinda like potter in that the fate of something huge is resting on the shoulders of a young guy. that's about all they have in common, tho. that and the invulnerable-seeming bad guy. _________________ In space, no one can hear you explode...

John Dies at the End. An online book that's also available in hardback and (recently) paperback. It's written by David Wong, and is about himself and his friend John Cheese doing freaky stuff with the paranormal. Also it has cursing. And violence. And BCBW-type stuff. But nothing too bad. Well, not the BCBW stuff. I started reading it once, I couldn't look in a mirror all summer. I won't link it here, though. If you're interested, I'll send you the link. Also...
